First of all, the location of the restaurant is really good, it is situated in the city center and it is very accessible.
Secondly, the serving was excellent and also unique, I've never been to a restaurant where the food is served on sticks hanging right in your face so far so, the serving has its best. The staff is friendly and helpful, this is a plus because they present you the dishes and also recommend you what to eat.
Talking about food indeed, I think it was the best sea food I've ever ate, it's remarkable by its taste and by its looking, its marvelous. I ate tuna steak which was amazing.
Suggestions: make the place warmer (it was a little bit cold) and try to improve the ventilation.

Best place in Cluj for a new experience and spectacular food. We had diner there last night with a Portuguese guy and he said the food was as authentic and decisions as is Portugal. We are definitely coming beck.
